Meet Dr. Marsha Atherley-Ikechi

For over two decades, I've worked at the intersection of policy, engineering, and people helping Caribbean nations navigate some of their most complex regulatory challenges. From establishing the region's first resource-based renewable energy tariffs to modernizing water utility frameworks, I've seen firsthand what happens when regulation is done right: communities thrive, investors gain confidence, and sustainable development becomes reality.

I founded Elequa Advisory because I believe the Caribbean and emerging markets across Africa deserve world-class regulatory guidance that understands their unique contexts. We're not here to impose external templates. We're here to co-create solutions that work.
